Pascal has been General Manager of Kela since 2010 and comes with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of international industrial environments. He has extensive expertise in sales, finance, continuous improvement programmes and mergers & acquisitions. Pascal drives Kela’s strategic plan, the company’s integrated HR policy and the ongoing communication with the family shareholders.

Bart Lavrysen

Global Finance Director

Bart is responsible for Kela’s global finance and leads all corporate services that contribute to a highly performing financial, HR and IT environment. Bart’s expertise comes from several leading positions in corporate banking for medium-sized and large multinational companies. His tactical and strategic leadership supports all group divisions in performing at their best in servicing KELA’s customers.

Kristel Senten

Technical R&D Director

Kristel has nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical expertise in veterinary medicines and holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical development, global marketing authorizations, lifecycle management and product technology transfers. She supports the alignment of pharmaceutical and regulatory expertise with business priorities, strengthening Kela’s position as an all-round partner for veterinary products, solutions and services.

Joeri Veiro

Quality & Operations Director

Joeri brings extensive experience in quality assurance and operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Since joining Kela in 2018, he has held key roles including QA Manager and Qualified Person, strengthening compliance and quality oversight. In this role, Joeri combines leadership of the QC and QA departments with his responsibilities as Qualified Person, supporting strong execution, compliance, and oversight across KELA’s operations.
