Pascal has been General Manager of Kela since 2010 and comes with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of international industrial environments. He has extensive expertise in sales, finance, continuous improvement programmes and mergers & acquisitions. Pascal drives Kela’s strategic plan, the company’s integrated HR policy and the ongoing communication with the family shareholders.
Global Marketing & Business Development Director
Inès takes responsibility for business development and the further expansion of Kela’s product support expertise. Having been responsible for the proprietary distribution of Kela in the Benelux for more than 20 years she has built a profound sales and marketing knowledge in both the livestock and companion animal health business.
Global R&D and RA Director
Katelijne graduated as a veterinarian and takes the lead in global product development and registration. She has been active in the pharmaceutical industry since 2000 in various roles within R&D and Regulatory Affairs. She contributes a broad experience in worldwide registration management and development of pharmaceuticals to the Management Team of Kela.
Nelly van Eeghem
Global Quality Director
Nelly has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of quality assurance and quality control. She takes responsibility for developing and implementing the Kela Quality System and for assuring that KPIs in QA and QC are achieved. Nelly’s focus is on continuously raising the bar in GMP compliance and other quality related matters in all Kela subsidiaries.
Global Finance Director
Bart is responsible for Kela’s global finance and leads all corporate services that contribute to a highly performing financial, HR and IT environment. Bart’s expertise comes from several leading positions in corporate banking for medium-sized and large multinational companies. His tactical and strategic leadership supports all group divisions in performing at their best in servicing KELA’s customers.
Global Sales Director
Christian is responsible for global sales. He brings more than 35 years of experience in national and international business, 15 years of which he has been a distributor for proprietary and third party products. His scientific background and experience are in multinational sales and marketing. Christian’s role is to emphasize Kela’s customer-minded and market-oriented spirit.
Global Operations Director
Rudi comes with 34 years of experience in executive functions in several sustainable and high quality operational environments, The strategic expertise he brings to Kela is especially in the fields of total quality implementation and supply chain management. His experience also spans auditing and ISO certifications.
