We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kristel Senten and Joeri Veiro as two new Directors, bringing fresh strength to KELA’s Direction Committee and enriching our expertise in R&D and Operations.
Together with Pascal Beyens CEO and Bart Lavrysen CFO, these new members will further reinforce and balance our management team. Their arrival reflects our shared ambition to remain a strong, high‑performing organization, fully aligned with KELA’s mission to deliver high‑quality veterinary medicines and solutions that promote animal health and welfare worldwide.
Kristel Senten has been appointed as Technical R&D Director. With nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical expertise, Kristel has been a key contributor within KELA, supporting the development, registration and lifecycle management of veterinary medicines across global markets. By aligning technical and regulatory capabilities with strategic priorities, she reinforces KELA’s role as an all-round partner to customers and a trusted provider of veterinary products and services.
Joeri Veiro takes on the role of Quality & Operations Director. Since joining the company in 2018, Joeri has had a significant impact on performance, initially as QA Manager and subsequently as Qualified Person. In this role, he combined leadership of the QC and QA departments with his responsibilities as Qualified Person, supporting strong execution, compliance, and oversight across KELA’s operations.
